The scheme has been initiated as one of the micro finance projects of Bank Keshavarzi, in collaboration with Prisons Organization aimed at job-creation for newly-released prisoners. Accordingly, financial facilities are granted at a credit ceiling up to Rls. 30 million, with maximum repayment period of 5 years, to unemployed newly released prisoners with working potentials to prevent them from entering the poverty void cycle.
